Men are called to pursue a lifestyle of becoming more like Jesus Christ. The Men’s Ministry of Hixson First Baptist is committed to seeing men grow in their relationship with Him through Bible study, worship, prayer, fellowship, and serving together.
What We’re About
Through everything we do, we want to challenge and encourage men to become fully devoted followers of Jesus, resulting in:
Growing as disciples of Jesus
Increased knowledge and application of God’s Word
Being spiritual leaders in their home, church, and community
Excitement to tell others about Jesus Christ
Mentoring men and boys
A passion to serve others in the church, community, and beyond
Growth as servant-hearted leaders
How We Grow Together
The Men’s Ministry uses a mix of:
Bible studies focused on real-life application
Worship and prayer times that help men walk closely with Christ
Fellowship events where men can connect and build strong friendships
Service opportunities that put faith into action at church and in the community
You don’t have to have it all together to join in—just a desire to know Jesus more and walk with other men who are pursuing Him.
